Getting Ready To Join In
Stepping into a group fitness class for the first time? Here’s what helps: Wear clothes you can move in, bring water, and don’t stress if you don’t know the moves yet. Every class starts with a warm-up to get your body primed and nerves settled. Instructors demo exercises so you’ll know what to expect. No intimidating equipment or routines—each session is built for variety and engagement, not competition. You’ll see people of all ages and backgrounds, from students to parents to grandparents, working out together and encouraging each other. If you have injuries, health concerns, or accessibility needs, chat with us before your class; we’ll adapt things so you feel safe and included. Just show up (on time), take things at your pace, and focus on what feels good. Most importantly, results may vary, and it’s smart to consult your physician before starting any new activity. Your effort is always valued here.
